LVM110 is a compact device used to monitor and report voltage levels in the range of 8-30V DC over a LoRaWAN network. The LVM110 device itself has very low power consumption making it possible to power the LVM110 by the same source which is being monitored. In addition to supply voltage also air temperature and relative humidity is reported.
Target usage includes monitoring vehicle batteries during storage, supervision of stand-by chargers as well as general purpose supervision of battery power equipment.
Features
Monitor and report supply voltage in the range of 8-30V DC
Very low power consumption,
Below 0.17mA (average) at 12V DC supply voltage
Below 0.24mA (average) at 24V DC supply voltage
Report temperature and relative humidity
Hardware crypto co-processor for secure key storage. Encrypted FW.
Internal LoRa antenna
LoRaWAN EU868 version 1.0.2 Class A device
LED status indication for power and LoRaWAN status
Programmable reporting interval via LoRa downlink
Device operations
The LVM110 operates over a standard LoRaWAN network. No device configuration is required, simply connect the LVM110 to the supply voltage and the device will automatically attempt to join the LoRaWAN network. Once joined on the network, periodic reports will be sent containing current supply voltage, device temperature and air humidity. LVM110 can be configured remotely via LoRaWAN downlink to alter for example reporting period. There are no local buttons or settings which can be altered, device contains a very secure key storage and FW encryption preventing any kind of alteration of the transmitted data.
